Founder, Clyde Caceres has decades of experience in the defense products industry. He has played a pivotal start-up role in multiple companies, including Crimson Trace, First-Light USA, and DKX Armor products. His dedication to law enforcement led him to work part-time as an officer, earning him credentials as an instructor trainer for well known companies like Glock, Smith & Wesson, and Surefire.
Clyde's expertise extends to OC (pepper spray), ASP baton training, as well as edged weapon combatives. He has lectured and trained law skills for firearms and physical defense instruction across the United States and internationally. Additionally, he has imparted his knowledge to qualified civilians, training over 30,000 individuals, empowering them with self-defense and firearms skills.
Since suffering a stroke in the Summer of 2023, Clyde is now in a wheelchair. This life change, strengthen by his faith and guided by prayer, formed a new mission, ChairRider.
